Construction of the JMP S.A. Office Centre in Gdańsk - a new contract for Budimex SA

The board of Budimex SA announces that on 26.10.2012 it obtained a signed contract dated 22.10.2012 entered into between Budimex SA and Jeronimo Martins Polska SA for the construction of the JMP SA Office Centre in Gdańsk.

• Contract value: PLN 59,850,000.00 net
• Commencement date: 23.10.2012
• Deadline: 07.07.2013
• Warranty period:
  • 5 years for works, including floors and elevation
  • 10 years for the construction of the facility and tightness of roofing
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days from the date of delivering the invoice to the Contracting Authority
  • Performance bank guarantee: 10% of the net contract value
• Maximum penalties payable by the Contractor: 15% of the net contract value
• The Parties have the right to claim compensation pursuant to general terms if the value of the damage exceeds the stipulated penalty

The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
