Conclusion of an annex amending the guarantee line agreement between Budimex SA and BNP Paribas Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 4 September 2012 an amendment to the Guarantee Line Agreement of 25 April 2008 was signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA. Budimex S.A. announced this agreement in Current Report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to this document, BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA extended a guarantee line, valid until 30 October 2012.
The other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
