Signing an addendum to the agreement regarding the limit of bank guarantees concluded with Bank Zachodni WBK

The management board of Budimex S.A. hereby announces that, on 25th May 2012, it concluded with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. an addendum to the agreement regarding the limit of bank guarantees (Budimex S.A. announced the conclusion of the latter in current report no. 89/2009 of 16th October 2009 and in subsequent reports – nos. 33/2010 of 21st April 2010, 36/2011 of 28th April 2011, and 19/2012 of 20th April 2012).
Under the provisions of the addendum, the deadline by which the company may commission the issuance of bank guarantees to the bank was extended to 31st March 2013. 
The remaining provisions of the loan agreement shall remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of Budimex S.A.'s own resources.
