The fulfilment of the condition for the concession agreement concerning the design, construction and operation of an underground parking structure in Wrocław

In regard to current report no. 20/2012 of 23 April 2012 informing about the conclusion of an agreement between Budimex Parking Wrocław Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) and Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Hala Ludowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław for the design, construction and operation of a two-storey underground parking structure with a ground-level part having a total of 800 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and 20 parking spaces for buses in the territory of the Centennial Hall Complex in Wrocław on 1 Wystawowa Street, the Management of Budimex SA advises that the condition suspending the enforcement of the agreement comprising the conclusion of a credit agreement by the operator until 30 April 2012 has been fulfilled.
