Construction of the Office, Residential and Commercial Complex at ul. Kruczkowskiego 2 in Warsaw – a new contract for Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 30 January 2012 a contract was signed with Powiśle Park Sp. z o.o. on the construction of the Office, Residential and Commercial Complex at ul. Kruczkowskiego 2 in Warsaw.

• Value of the offer: PLN 173,000,000 net
• Commencement date: no later than 20 days from the date of concluding the contract
• Deadline: 28.02.2014
• Guarantee period: 60 months
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days from the date of delivering the invoice to the Contracting Authority
  • Bank guarantee of successful execution: 10% of the approved gross contractual amount
• Maximum amount of penalty: 10% of the approved gross contractual amount
• The Parties reserve the right to claim supplementary compensation which carries the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of damage actually suffered
