Signing an annex to the agreement on the multi-purpose overdraft facility with Polbank EFG SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 27 January 2012 Budimex SA signed with Polbank SA (former EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA, Branch in Poland) an annex to the agreement on the multi-purpose overdraft facility, the conclusion of which Budimex reported in the Current Report No. 04/2011.
According to the annex, the term of the guarantee limit was extended to 30 December 2012 and the amount of the guarantee limit was decreased from 200,000,000.00 PLN to 100,000,000.00 PLN (one hundred million zloty).
Other provisions of the annex remain unchanged.
The Contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
