Conclusion of the Bank Guarantee Agreement with the Polish branch of Societe General SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on March 4, 2011 it received a signed agreement concerning bank guarantees from the Polish branch of Societe General SA.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Budimex SA may place instructions at the Bank for furnishing bank guarantees totalling PLN150,000,000.
Validity period of the Agreement 30.04.2012
The Agreement does not provide for establishing securities. The financial terms and conditions are standard for this type of agreement.
The Agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
