Signing of annex to the Loan Agreement with Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 28 April 2011 it received from the Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (formerly Calyon S.A. Branch in Poland) a signed annex to the Loan Agreement, the conclusion of which was mentioned by Budimex S.A. in its current report no. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008 and in subsequent reports: 44/2009 of 8/06/2009; 56/2009 of 24/07/2009; 75/2009 of 01/09/2009; 2/2010 of 18/01/2010; 30/2010 of 6.04.2010 and 40/2010 of 10/05/2010
The annex sets a new expiry date of the Agreement on 31 May 2011.
Other terms of the Loan Agreement remain unchanged.
