Recommendation of dividend payment for 2010

In reference to the current report No 18/2011 of 21 March 2011, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces its decision to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex SA an adoption of resolution to pay dividend of PLN 9.08 (in words: nine Polish zlotys and eight grosz) gross amount per share, wherein it is suggested to determine:

• The list of shareholders entitled to the dividend for 2010 for 6 June 2011 (the dividend day),
• The dividend payout deadline on 20 June 2011.

According to the report No 18/2011 of 21 March 2011, it is suggested to reserve net profit for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010 in the amount of PLN 226,283,000.00 (in words: two hundred and twenty six million two hundred eighty-three thousand Polish zlotys), increased by the sum of the Company's supplementary capital in this part which was created from the profit from previous years in the amount of PLN 5,530,289.84 (in words: five million five hundred thirty thousand and two hundred eighty-nine Polish zlotys and eighty-four grosz) for the dividend.
The total amount of proposed dividend payout is PLN 231,813,289.84 (in words: two hundred and one million eight hundred thirteen thousand two hundred eighty-nine Polish zlotys and eighty-four grosz).
