Delayed information – acquisition of Budimex shares by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex S.A. Supervisory Board

The Budimex SA Managing Board hereby informs you that, as the result of an error made on 30 March 2011, it was brought to the Board’s attention that information about the acquisition of Budimex shares by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board was received by the company on 5 November 2010.
Transaction details:
1. On 2 November 2010, during the regular trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 3 006 Budimex SA shares were purchased at the price of 103.99 PLN per share. The total value of the transaction was 312 608.38 PLN.
2. On 3 November 2010, during the regular trading session at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, 8 400 Budimex SA shares were purchased at 102.96 PLN per share. The total value of the transaction was 864 819.48 PLN.
The Budimex SA Managing Board also recalls all reference numbers of the current reports on the transactions involving Budimex SA shares carried out by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board: Share purchase – 60/2010 of 27.07.2010; 63/2010 of 6.08.2010; 73/2010 of 27.10.2010; 76/2010 of 3.11.2010 and 77/2010 of 4.11.2010; sale of shares – 12/2011 of 1.03.2011; 14/2011 of 3.03.2011.
