Appointment of the managing person

The Management Board of Budimex informs you that on 23 March this year, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA appointed Dariusz Blocher President of the Board and CEO of Budimex SA for the seveth term in office in the Management Board, covering the years 2011, 2012 and 2013, which ceases on the day of the General Assembly of Budimex SA, during which reports for the financial year 2013 will be approved. The above-mentioned resolution of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA will come into force on the day of the General Meeting of Budimex SA in 2011 and when the approval for performing the duties of the member of the Board in 2010 is obtained by Dariusz Blocher .

Dariusz Blocher is a graduate from the Department of Mechanics and Machine Construction at the Częstochowa University of Technology. Following his graduation, Dariusz Blocher was employed at the Ahlstrom - Fakop Industrial Boiler Factory. Between 1993 and 1994, he worked as a Branch Manager at Proman s.c., a distribution company in Katowice. From May 1994 to February 2002, he worked for Pepsi Co. Poland as: Sales Department Manager of Silesia, Human Resources Officer in the Sales & Distribution Department; from September 1998: Human Resources Officer for personnel policy at Pepsi Co. Poland manufacturing plants and headquarters. In 2007, Dariusz Blocher graduated from IESE Business School in Barcelona as a student of AMP (Advanced Management Program). He has been a Member of the Management Board and Human Resources Manager of Budimex SA since February 2002. Since November 2007: President of the Management Board and CEO of Budimex Dromex SA and the Budimex SA Management Board Member. Since September 2009: President of the Management Board and CEO of Budimex SA.

Dariusz Blocher is not engaged in any competitive activity relative to the activities of Budimex SA, neither does he participate in any competitive company as a partner in a personal partnership or as a shareholder in a capital company or as a member of the body of any other competitive legal entity.
Dariusz Blocher is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
