Co-option of a new member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board

The Budimex SA Management Board hereby informs you that, on 23 March this year, following the resignation of Carmelo Rodrigo Lopez form his functions in the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA as of 22 March 2011, the Board decided to co-opt Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco. According to the Byelaw of Budimex SA, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA decided to present for approval for the next General Assembly of Budimex SA Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA.
Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco was born in 1967 in Madrid, Spain. He is a civil engineer trained in building roads, canals and bridges. Since 1991, he has been working in Ferrovial. He has been developing his professional career in Spain, Morocco, Italy, Portugal and Poland. From 2002 to 2005, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board of Budimex SA. In 2005, he was promoted to become the Managing Director of the International Building Division in Ferrovial Agroman. He has been the CEO of Ferrovial Agroman since 2008.
Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco is not engaged in any competitive activity relative to the activities of Budimex SA, neither does he participate in any competitive company as a partner in a personal partnership or as a shareholder in a capital company or as a member of the body of any other competitive legal entity.
Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco is not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
