Recommendation of 2010 dividend payout

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 22 March 2011 the company signed with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA with its registered office in Sopot another annexe to the co-operation agreement for granting insurance warranty within the established warranty limit of 18 May 2009 which was communicated to the market in current report no. 1/2011 of 4 January 2011.
The Annexe stipulates that the aggregated warranty sum of all warranties issued pursuant to the agreement shall not exceed the sum of PLN 100 000 000.
The remaining conditions of the agreement are not altered.
The value of the agreement exceeds the sum of 10% of Budimex equity capitals.
