Resignation of a supervisor
The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 14 March 2011 it was notified by Carmelo Rodrigo Lopez of his resignation, as of 22 March 2011, from his functions in the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA. Carmelo Rodrigo Lopez served the following functions in the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA: Vice-President of the Supervisory Board, member of the Investment Committee, member of the Payroll Committee. The reason for the resignation are professional issues.
