Signing an annexe to the agreement with regard to establishing insurance guarantees concluded with Ergo Hestia SA

The management board of Budimex SA announces that, on 4th January 2011, the company concluded an addendum to the agreement with regard to establishing, within the guarantee limit granted as of 18th May 2009, insurance guarantees concluded with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA, residing in Sopot.
Terms and conditions:

• The total amount of all guarantees established under the agreement shall not exceed PLN 72,000,000.
• The agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period of time and it shall be possible to terminate it observing a 30-day notification period.
• The performance of the agreement shall be ensured by means of 10 blank bills of exchange with promissory note declarations issued by Budimex.

The remaining financial terms and conditions are standard for this type of agreement.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
