Signing of an Annex to the credit contract with Kredyt Bank S.A.

With regard to report no. 6/2010 of 21 January 2010 the Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 30 November 2010 it received information from Kredyt Bank SA on the signing of Annex no. 13 of 26 November 2010 to the Contract on granting Bank Guarantee Line no. 48/2000/LG/Z/W3 of 13 November 2000 signed between Budimex SA and Kredyt Bank SA.

Pursuant to the Annex, the deadline to which Budimex SA is entitled to request the Bank to issue bank guarantees was prolonged until 30 June 2011.

Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
