Signing of an Annex to the Multi-Purpose Line-of-Credit Agreement with Fortis Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 31 August 2010 it was advised that Fortis Bank Polska SA had signed Annexe No. 7 dated 19 August 2010 to the Multi-Purpose Line-of-Credit Agreement dated 25 April 2010 on the conclusion of which the Management Board SA reported in current report no. 20/2008 dated 28 April 2008 and in subsequent reports:no. 31/2009 dated 27 April 2009, no. 40/2009 dated 28 May 2009, no. 50/2009 dated 30 June 2009, no. 55/2009 dated 22 July 2010 and no. 62/2010 dated 5 August 2010.

Under the above document the new expiry date of the Agreement is 27 July 2011.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
