Purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 6 August the company was informed of the purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
1. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 2 August 2010, 385 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 96.78 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 37,260.49
2. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 2 August 2010, 10,260 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 97 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 995,215.37
3. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 3 August 2010, 6,460 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 98 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 633,080
