Purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 27 July the company was informed of the purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
1. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 21 July 2010, 6,608 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 89 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 588,112
2. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 22 July 2010, 7,840 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 90 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 705,624
3. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 23 July 2010, 8,170 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 90.75 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 741,428
