Signing of an annex to the credit contract with Calyon S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 18 January 2010 it received from the bank Calyon S.A. Oddział w Polsce information on signing of an annex to the Credit Contract. Budimex S.A. informed about this contract in Current Report no. 56/2008 on 13 October 2008.
The Annex specifies a new expiry date of the Contract to 31 March 2010.
Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
