„Stavební Oskary“ 2018 pro Budimex Nieruchomości

We have won again in the prestigious “Construction Project of the Year” competition. This time two of our projects were rewarded: Gąsiorowskich 4 in Poznań and Oldnova in Gdańsk.

The building located in the Łazarz district of Poznań has attracted the attention to the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (PZITB). Together with the Ministry of Investment and Development and the General Office of Building Control (GUNB), it has been decided that Gąsiorowskich 4 in Poznań will receive the first-degree award in the category: “Housing districts and residential buildings with a value exceeding 30 million PLN”. On the other hand, the second-degree award was for the Oldnova tenement house in Gdańsk. This is an excellent example of how to skilfully connect historic buildings with modern construction projects.

The competition has been organized for a number of years in order to highlight the best construction projects. It is one of the most important events for the market of Polish residential, commercial and infrastructure construction. In total, 33 investment projects in 9 categories competed for the first, second and third degree awards. The award ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Chief Technical Organisation (NOT) in Warsaw.
