Appointment of a new member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 24 April 2014 the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. appointed Fernardo Luis Pascual Larragoiti as Vice-President of the Management Board of Budimex S.A.
Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti is a mining engineer, a graduate of the Technical University of Madrid and the University of the Andes in Santiago de Chile, where he completed Senior Management Program (PADE).
He started his business career in 1983 in the company Schlumberger, where he was responsible for hydrocarbon exploration drills. He joined Ferrovial in 1987, where until 1997 he held the position of manager in various contracts related to civil engineering. Between 1997 and 2001 he was responsible for the development and management of the concession highway project in Chile. Between 2001 and 2008 he managed the national division of Ferrovial in Chile, and between 2008 and 2014 the national division of Ferrovial in Greece.
Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti is not engaged in any competitive activity relative to the activities of Budimex SA, neither does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a personal partnership or as a shareholder in a capital company or as a member of the body of any other competitive legal entity.
Fernando Luis Pascual Larragoiti is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
