Change of the issuer’s market maker - the agreement coming into force
The Management Board of Budimex SA. in relation to the report no. 10/2019 of 28 February informs that due to a lack of objection reported by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [Warsaw Stock Exchange] the agreement on performance of a function of the issuer’s market maker comes into force on 1 April 2019.
