Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 4th quarter of 2018

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that in the 4th quarter of 2018, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) concluded 398 agreements on the preliminary sale of residential premises compared to 237 agreements concluded in the 4th quarter of 2017. In the period from January to December 2018, the company concluded 1,208 similar agreements compared to 1,457 agreements concluded in the previous year.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership to residential premises concluded by the company in the 4th quarter of 2018 amounted to 337 compared to 426 deeds concluded in the 4th quarter of 2017. In the period from January to December 2018, the company concluded 1,672 similar deeds compared to 1,914 deeds concluded in the previous year.
