Demission of supervising persons
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 10 December 2018 it received a statement from Mr. Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco and a statement from Mr. Ignacio Clopes Estela stating their demission, as of 18 December 2018, of their positions in the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A.
Mr. Alejandro de la Joya Ruiz de Velasco specified that the reasons behind his demission were taking new duties in the Ferrovial Group.
