Signing an annex to a bank guarantee agreement with CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 23 November 2018 it was informed by CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland about signing an annex to the bank guarantee agreement of which the company informed in its current reports: No 102/2014 of 18 December 2014; No 6/2015 of 11 February 2015; No 22/2015 of 20 April 2015; No 88/2015 of 22 December 2015; No 75/2016 of 29 November 2016; No 5/2017 of 6 February 2017; No 85/2017 of 30 November 2017; and No 55/2018 of 30 July 2018.

Under the above mentioned annex, the bank extended the term of the agreement to 30 November 2019.

All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
