Annex to the bank guarantee agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces to have signed with Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA an annex to the guarantee line agreement, the signing of which the Company had reported in the current report No 61/2016 dated 2 September 2016 and in the report Np 66/2017 dated 30 August 2017.
Pursuant to the annex, the term of the agreement has been extended until 30 October 2019.
Other provisions thereof remain unchanged.
