Annex to Agreement on bank guarantees with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego
The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 18 July 2018 the company signed, with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, an annex to the agreement on bank guarantee line, of which the Company notified in the current report No 54/2014 of 30 June 2014, No. 45/2015 of 16 July 2015 and No 58/2016 of 8 August 2016.
Pursuant to the annex, the period during which Budimex may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended until 29 June 2020.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds the threshold of PLN 127,386 thousand.
