Expansion of the Dworzec Drzewny Quay at the Port of Gdańsk – Budimex SA bid selected

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 19 April 2018 Zarząd Morskiego Portu Gdańsk SA selected the bid of Budimex SA as the most advantageous one in the tender for “Expansion of the Dworzec Drzewny Quay at the Port of Gdańsk”. The Company announced that the Employer rated highest the consortium bid in the current report No 15/2018 of 20 March 2018.

Bid value: PLN 153,706,813.35 net

Works commencement date: no later than 30 days after the date of contract conclusion

Works completion date: 96 weeks from the contract date

Guarantee period: 60 months

Advance payment: none

Payment terms: 30 days from the day of providing the Employer with a correct Contractor’s invoice

Bank performance bond: 10% of the Accepted Gross Contract Amount

Contractual penalties payable by the Contractor do not deviate from market standards

If a contractual penalty charged in accordance with the principles of the contract does not cover the entire damage suffered, the Employer may request supplemental damages on the general terms specified in the Civil Code.

The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 127,386 thousand net.
