Office and retail complex at Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw (Wola Center)

The construction of the office and retail building at Okopowa Street in Warsaw, which consists of four buildings, 12 floors above ground and two underground ones. The Wola Center office building is equipped with numerous amenities and modern solutions. An interior patio with walls made of reflective glass panes set at various angles is a major advantage of the complex. As the building concept refers to the crystal structure, the appearance and colour of the building vary depending on the time of the day and the amount of sunshine. The monumental glass-roofed atrium is also impressive. The total rentable space of the building is 31,000 sq. m. The net value of the project is PLN 178 million.
