A1 Motorway Strykow-Tuszyn

The project covered the continuation of the design and construction of the A1 motorway between Stryków and the “Tuszyn” interchange, along the section from the 295th km + 850 to the 335th km + 937.65. This section is located within the Łódzkie Province, in the Zgierski and Łódzki Wschodni Districts, in the Stryków, Nowosolna, miasto Łódź, Andrespol, Brójce, Rzgów, and Tuszyn Communes. The motorway is technical class A, its design speed is 120 km/h, and traffic class is KR6. 

The construction of this motorway had a positive impact on the environment by taking over some traffic that had previously run along National Roads No.1 and 14. This reduced noise pollution, improved traffic safety and limited air pollution across the areas located in the vicinity of these roads.
