Budimex will erect a new production hall in Bydgoszcz

On 29 May 2015, the consortium comprising Budimex (leader, 78.57%) and PW Lech Sp. z o. o. (21.43%) signed with SPX Flow Technology Poland sp. z o.o. the contract for construction of a production hall. The value of the contract is PLN 67.7 million net.
The hall with the surface area of 30 thousand square metres will be erected on a plot of land of more than 10 ha. The hall will be used for the purposes of production of machines and equipment for the food sector.
As a part of the investment project, Budimex will also erect a social and office building with the usable space of 4 thousand metres, comprising two parts – two-storey social part and three-storey office part. This investment project will result in creating more than 200 work places in Bydgoszcz.
The investment project is going to be completed in March 2016.
