Budimex will built the IT Research Centre in Poznań

The value of the agreement is PLN 102 million net. Budimex will have 12 months for the implementation of the project.

The scope of works includes erecting a four-storey office building with a social base and teaching and conference rooms with the total surface area of 3.6 thousand sqm, and a technology building (13.6 thousand sqm) with the technical infrastructure (guaranteed power supply system, cooling system, laboratories, storage rooms and workshops). The same building will also include a separated area for organised groups of visitors.
Buildings will be connected with two passages: on the second level and the underground one.
Activities involving operations of computer systems for the purposes of research works will be carried out at the Centre.
