Budimex among Top 10 Employers in Poland

Budimex is among 2017 Top 10 Employers. The distinction is awarded by PulsHR.pl and the PTWP SA Group.

Budimex Group is one of the largest construction groups operating in Poland, employing more than 6.2 thousand.

The purpose of the Top 10 Employers in Poland competition is to select ten distinguishing companies that combine regional economic growth with important role on the labour market. The event is held in the Silesia region, therefore Top 5 Employers of the Śląskie Province were also selected.

The following were considered during assessment of the enterprises participating in the competition: impact on economic growth of the region and labour market development; impact on innovation; impact on relations between employers and employees; cooperation with the local communities where the enterprises operate in their daily business.

The chapter included business, education and HR professionals.
