We have the “Investor in Human Resources” title

This is a special award granted to a company on the basis of its assessment made by employees.

In September last year employees of Budimex took part in an anonymous survey which inquired the

m about their relations with colleagues and superiors, career opportunities or working conditions. The positive assessment made by them was decisive for awarding the company the “Investor in Human Resources” title. The award-giving ceremony was held on 10 January. Budimex was represented by Cezary Mączka – member of the Management Board and director of the HR Department.  

Winning the title will surely be a valuable asset in building the image of Budimex as a good employer, which is essential in recruiting new people – points out Cezary Mączka.
 

The “Investor in Human Resources” programme is dedicated to companies which responsibly think about development of their employees’ skills, and thereby, about the organisation as a whole. The survey is organised by the Management Observatory Foundation [Fundacja Obserwatorium Zarządzania], which has been implementing the programme in Poland since 2006. It is the only such award granted to companies by employees.
